Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager/Area Hotel Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple hotel properties within a designated region. This role is pivotal in driving exceptional guest experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a motivated, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage diverse teams across various locations.

Duties

- Lead and coordinate the overall management of multiple hotel properties, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Supervise department heads, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and human resources teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards while maintaining high levels of guest service excellence.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, address guest concerns promptly, and uphold brand standards.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations,



and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with staff at all levels through phone etiquette and transparent directives to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote a culture of hospitality that emphasizes personalized guest services and memorable experiences.
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff from different backgrounds.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams and driving results.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and operational costs efficiently.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring, training, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette essential for guest interactions.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Previous hotel experience is required; familiarity with hospitality standards is preferred.
