We’re looking for a leader—not a ski expert.

Springhill Winter Sports Park is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee our winter operation and lead a team of approximately 80 employees.

Ski hill experience is not required. We are especially interested in experienced managers from golf courses, resorts, hospitality, recreation, tourism, restaurants, or other seasonal businesses.

If you know how to lead people, manage a busy operation, control costs and deliver great customer service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operation of the winter sports park
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise approximately 80 seasonal employees
- Lead department supervisors and ensure all areas work together effectively
- Oversee ski school operations
- Oversee restaurant and bar operations
- Manage customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Assist with budgeting, payroll and expense control
- Work with POS systems and daily sales reporting
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities
- Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer experience and revenue
- Be visible, involved and hands-on throughout the operation

What We're Looking For




- Strong previous General Manager or senior management experience
- Experience managing a large team
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable managing budgets, payroll and expenses
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Energetic, dependable and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Experience in a seasonal operation is an asset

Schedule Tuesday–Friday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

Maximum 40 hours per week, with Mondays and an additional weekday off. Occasional weekend evenings may be required for special events or operational needs.

No on-site accommodation is available. Applicants must live locally or be able to reliably commute.

This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to return for future winter seasons.
