Role Summary

We are seeking a versatile General Fabricator & Delivery Driver to support our manufacturing and shipping operations. In this dual role, you will handle precision fabrication and warehouse inventory while serving as a professional driver for local deliveries. The ideal candidate has strong mathematical aptitude, mechanical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking small business workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication & Assembly: Cut and assemble precision gaskets and custom parts from rubber and a variety of other materials.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, technical templates, and custom specifications accurately to build orders.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate a variety of fabrication tools, presses, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
- Shipping, Receiving & Inventory: Manage loading/unloading operations, maintain strict shipment accuracy, and stock/organize parts.
- Local Deliveries:



Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to clients spanning from the Niagara region to the GTA.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your workspace, tools, and equipment clean, orderly, and in excellent working condition.
- Safety & Teamwork: Take direction from management, closely follow all safety procedures, wear required protective gear, and support other general duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Experience in carpentry, machining, or a related manufacturing/trades or production environment
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to read blueprints, templates, and use precision measuring tools. Comfort using computers and manufacturing software.
- Aptitude: Strong mechanical reasoning and solid mathematical skills.
- Driving Credentials: Must possess a valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Driver’s abstract will be requested).
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing physical labour.
- Core Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, consistency in quality of work, a positive attitude, and an excellent record of attendance and punctuality.
