We are seeking a committed Family Physician to join an established team in Etobicoke, Toronto, ideally by early 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to develop a sustainable patient roster, work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment and make a lasting contribution to an underserved community.

Active clinic support to promote the incoming physician and prioritise new-patient booking The clinic serves Etobicoke, which is officially designated as underserved. Approximately 400–500 patients may be available for immediate transfer, creating a strong foundation from which to grow a busy family medicine practice.

The FHO+ model provides attractive long-term earning potential once a patient roster is established. Candidates should expect a roster-building period of approximately 3–12 months.



Income stabilisation is approximately $19,300 per month.

You will be a patient-centred Family Physician who values collaboration, is motivated to build a long-term practice and wants to contribute meaningfully to the local community. A start date by early 2027 is preferred.

LMIA and work-permit sponsorship support is available, the clinic has previous experience welcoming and integrating physicians from the UK.
