Job Overview - Owner Operator (O/O)

Are you an AZ-licensed owner-operator looking for consistent work and a trusted partner? Hamilton Container Terminal is hiring experienced drivers for year-round opportunities.

We’re looking for professionals with at least 2-3 years of verified experience and interested in one night away trips.

Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

- Enjoy steady loads with 2,500–3,000 miles per week.
- Trips start and end at base depot, and home next day.
- No-Touch Freight (ocean containers only).
- Bi-weekly direct deposit payments.
- Dedicated dispatcher and support.




- On-site parking.
- Paid training and school.
- Maintained trailers with a comprehensive preventive maintenance and inspection program.
- In-house repair and safety team.
- Company provided ELD and tablet.

Requirements

- Verifiable 2+ years of AZ experience
- Container hauling experience is an asset
- CVOR and driver’s abstract (from last 30 days)
- Clean background check
- Clean drug test
- TWIC card is required

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
