Crystal Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our field operations team in Montreal and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who is comfortable with physical work, ladders, and working at heights.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial gutters by hand and with professional equipment
- Remove leaves, dirt, and debris from gutters
- Explicit and inspect downspouts
- Perform water flow tests when required
- Safely set up, move, and use extension ladders
- Identify and report gutter, roof, or drainage issues
- Take before-and-after photos of completed work
- Maintain tools, ladders, and equipment
- Follow Crystal Cleaning’s safety procedures and service standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently and according to schedule
Requirements
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Previous gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roofing, construction, landscaping, or general labour experience is an asset
- French and/or English; bilingual is a strong asset
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
