We are seeking a passionate and energetic Hairstylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft stunning hairstyles, provide personalized consultations, and ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your expertise in hair styling, customer service, and sanitation will help create a welcoming environment where clients can enjoy top-tier beauty services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to a vibrant salon atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Perform skilled haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with health regulations




- Upsell retail hair care products and additional salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
- A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as per local regulations
