Responsibilities and Requirements

- Licensing & Certification: Valid Cosmetology / Hairstyling Certification/License recognized in British Columbia.
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience working as a hairstylist in a fast-paced or high-end salon setting.
- Advanced Colorimetry Skills: Full mastery of modern coloring techniques (Balayage, Babylights, complex color corrections, and custom toning).
- Cutting & Styling Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of women’s cuts (classic and current trends), along with blowouts, styling, and long-lasting finishing techniques.
- Hair Treatments: Hands-on experience performing hair diagnostics, deep conditioning, restorative treatments, and smoothing/aligning procedures.
- Client Consultation: Strong ability to conduct thorough client consultations, manage expectations,



and effectively recommend professional home-care products.
- Language & Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills for qualified client and team interaction.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and sanitized.
- Professional Mindset: Team player with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-first approach.

Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based pay: 50% + tips
