Duties

- Greet clients warmly and assist with their check-in at the front desk to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare styling stations, tools, and products for hairstylists to ensure smooth service flow
- Support hairstylists by shampooing, conditioning, and applying treatments as needed to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products and upselling items that meet client needs




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide updates during services
- Help manage appointment schedules, answer phone inquiries, and support front desk operations to keep the salon running efficiently

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Robust communication skills to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques or a keen interest in developing these skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn about hair products, styling tools, and upselling strategies to enhance client experience
