Ralia operates boutique hospitality properties in Montréal. We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to run our cleaning department across our properties. This person leads the team and works in the rooms alongside them.

Requirements

- Experience running a hotel cleaning department or your own cleaning company
- Proven ability to build and manage a cleaning schedule across multiple units
- Experience leading, training, and holding a team to a defined standard
- Inventory management, including ordering and flagging low supplies in advance
- Comfortable organizing storage, linen, and supply spaces
- Interest in sustainability and low-toxicity cleaning products, which are what we use
- Valid Drivers license and car
- Perfect French & English

Responsibilities

- Build and run the daily cleaning schedule, including guest turnovers and event resets
- Set and inspect the finished-room standard




- Lead and train the cleaning team, and support hiring
- Manage product and linen inventory
- Clean alongside the team - especially for training purposes
- Report on quality issues and process gaps
- Improve systems and processes as per experience and expertise

Compensation and benefits
