As a Harvesting Supervisor, you will oversee all harvesting-related activities, including logging supervision and environmental management. Reporting directly to the Operations Superintendent, you’ll ensure project compliance with safety legislation and deliver effective outcomes to stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to successful harvesting operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead supervision of logging and road maintenance • Ensure compliance with safety and forestry policies • Track and analyze performance metrics for all operations • Manage project budgets and handle financial reporting • Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders
Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Forestry or Natural Resources • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience across multiple forestry functions • Knowledge of BC forestry regulations • Familiar with GIS technology and past fieldwork
