About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Childcare Services to lead their comprehensive childcare operations in Kimberley . This senior leadership role requires overseeing multiple facilities, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional early childhood education and care across the board. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for the expansion and enhancement of childcare services.

Oversee the operational and financial management of all childcare centers under your purview.

Establish and maintain high standards for curriculum, pedagogy, health, safety, and staff development.

Lead and mentor a team of center managers and senior childcare professionals.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and quality assurance frameworks.





Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community partners, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Extensive experience (7+ years) in senior leadership roles within the childcare or early education sector, with experience managing multiple sites.

Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight of large organizations.

Robust understanding of best practices in early childhood education, child development, and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
