In this pivotal role, you will develop and enhance health, safety, and compliance programs across various facilities. Collaborating closely with Operations, HR, and site leadership, you will ensure adherence to provincial and federal regulations and champion continuous improvement within safety practices. Your expertise will significantly contribute to risk management and compliance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to OHS laws and regulations • Oversee H&S; activities for current customer implementations • Manage workers compensation claims in collaboration with HRBP • Enhance New Hire Health and Safety Orientation • Coordinate JHSC, First Aid, and CPR training
Requirements: • University degree or college diploma • 5-7 years of health and safety experience • Proficient in multi-site safety management • Strong analytical skills for incident investigations • Ability to develop and implement safety policies
