Heavy Equipment Operators

We are currently accepting applications in Saskatoon for the following heavy equipment operator position;

- Excavator

Responsibilities/Expectations Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for carrying out the tasks assigned to them by their Foreman complying with the principles of HAMM’s Core Values of,

Safety, Quality, Efficiency & Teamwork

- Understand and promote our company safety program.
- Attend and participate in daily safety meetings.
- Committed to doing quality work.
- Committed to working safely and efficiently.
- Must be punctual/reliable. To be on time every day.
- Must be a team player.




- To come to work with a positive attitude.
- Doing what it takes to stay focused.
- Must be FIT for duty.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the jobsite.
- CSA grade 1 safety boots (minimum 6” tall).
- Experience in operating heavy equipment for water and sewer construction an asset.
- Understand and follow supervisor's directions.
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
- Complete daily operator checklists and maintain a safe, clean cab.
