Key Responsibilities:
• Design automated Quote Folder structures in HeavyBid • Evaluate multi-vendor packages instantly on bid day • Track vendor utilization and participation goals • Standardize the Master Codebook for alignment with operations • Collaborate with IT on data exports to ERP systems
Requirements: • Expert in HCSS HeavyBid with multi-user management experience • Proven skills in configuring Quote Folder structures • Ability to coach team members on software practices • Strong analytical and communication skills • Familiarity with BIM/Revit/Civil 3D is an asset
