We are seeking a dedicated and skilled experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while effectively managing the towing and recovery of vehicles. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate towing equipment efficiently. Duties

- Operate tow trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
- Respond promptly to service calls, providing assistance to stranded motorists.
- Perform vehicle recovery operations, including winching and lifting vehicles as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of towing equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including vehicle details and incident reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.
- Assist with minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting as necessary.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate towing operations.





Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred; experience in commercial driving is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and towing equipment operation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Experience operating HEAVY DUTY TOW TRUCKS. TANSEM AND LIGHT FLAT DECKS
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- A commitment to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
