Personal Support Worker (PSW) / CCA / HCA

Location: Minto, New Brunswick

Starting Rate: $19.00/hour

Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time

Right at Home Canada is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hardworking PSW, CCA, or HCA to join our team and provide care to clients in the Minto, NB area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in helping others and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who require support to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver with Right at Home Canada, you may assist clients with a variety of day-to-day activities, including:

- Personal care and hygiene
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and social support
- Assistance with daily routines
- Promoting client independence and safety
- Providing respectful, person-centred care in the client's home

Every client is different, and our caregivers play an important role in helping clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

Applicants must have

- A PSW, CCA, or HCA diploma/certificate
- Current immunizations,



particularly TB screening
- A satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
- A solid work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and respectful approach to client care
- The ability to work independently in a client's home
- A commitment to providing reliable, high-quality care
