Hospitality Associate

Full-Time or Part-Time

SEASONAL: Part Time, minimum 24 hours per week, up to 39.5 hours per week

Hourly Wage Rate

$23.26 per hour

Anticipated Normal Work Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 12:30pm – 5:30pm

Friday: 11:30am – 3:30pm

Note: This schedule is subject to change. The incumbent may be asked to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays, as required.

Summary

- Must be able to perform quick accurate customer transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Making coffee using an espresso machine.
- Cashier experience is necessary. May be required to perform a cashier test.
- Must be able to keep up with high volume customer demands while maintaining our high standards.
- Maintain accurate time, temperature, delivery and cleaning logs.
- Perform all duties of any job classification equivalent or lower filling in wherever needed to assist in our excellent customer service.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- May assume responsibility for opening and closing of facility.
- Must be able to prepare beverages, sandwiches, light lunches, and other menu items in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Maintain the levels of supplies, cleanliness and tidiness of display fridges, merchandisers, counters, walls, shelves, and glass.




- Must adhere to Hospitality Policies and procedures including the principles of FIFO.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Understand and deliver good customer service.
- Refer to Cashier for more details.

Education & Experience

- Minimum 3 years experience in fast paced cashier position.
- Previous experience in a similar operation an asset.
- Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
