You'll report to the COO and oversee monthly closings while producing accurate financial statements. This role calls for a candidate who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and possesses both technical prowess and a personable demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive full accounting cycle and month-end reconciliations
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital needs
- Facilitate budget creation and forecasting insights
- Develop robust internal controls and accounting processes
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and filings Requirements:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CPA completed or in progress is beneficial
- At least 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
