Help make the first impression at Run Rabbit, a new Whistler restaurant bringing together Pacific Northwest ingredients, Vietnamese influences, and warm, personal hospitality.
We’re looking for an organised, welcoming host who can help guests feel looked after from their first enquiry to their final goodbye.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists.
- Coordinate seating with the service team.
- Answer calls and respond clearly to guest enquiries.
- Communicate special requests and keep reservation information accurate.
- Maintain a welcoming entrance and assist the floor team when needed.
What you’ll bring:
- A friendly, qualified manner and clear communication.
- Organisation and composure when several guests need attention.
- Confidence learning reservation software.
- Hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful; applicants new to restaurants are welcome.
Pay: $22 per hour, plus tips. Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week.
Employment type and schedule: Full time and part time available. Shifts are 4pm - 11pm. Looking for someone to work 3-4 nights per week.
Start date: November 3rd, 2026.
