Vous êtes souriant(e), organisé(e) et avez le sens du service ? Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste passionné(e) par l’accueil client pour rejoindre notre établissement. En première ligne de l’expérience client, vous êtes l’ambassadeur(drice) de notre hôtel !

Profil recherché

- Excellent relationnel et présentation soignée
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et réactivité
- Habilité à travailler avec des outils informatiques et logiciels de réservation
- Une première expérience en réception ou accueil est un atout
- Bonne maîtrise du français et d'anglais

and service-oriented? We are looking for a Receptionist who is passionate about hospitality to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Your Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking
- Comfortable using booking systems and standard office software
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus
- Fluent in French and English
