Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you'll manage workflows for employee relations, ensure compliance, and support leave processes. Your expertise in California employment law and multi-state compliance will be essential in providing critical guidance to managers and documenting sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct initial assessments for employee relations matters • Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA and state programs • Manage the multi-state compliance calendar for operations • Ensure HRIS data integrity and automate workflows • Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field • Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience • Robust knowledge of California employment law • Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting • Excellent communication and organizational skills
