Role: HR Systems Implementation Analyst/Specialist (HR & Payroll)

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site)

Duration: 6-Month Contract with a high possibility of extension A publicly traded biotech leader in Vancouver is hiring a hands-on Systems Implementation Specialist for a 6-month contract.

Our client is executing two parallel HR/Payroll rollouts (Dayforce & ADP) to replace legacy systems. We need an autonomous functional analyst to drive configuration, data mapping, and process workflows for a critical target Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive functional execution for Dayforce and ADP systems rollouts.
- Build data workbooks, manipulate large datasets, and systematically audit complex Excel spreadsheets via SFTP.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve system errors, and maintain strict SOX compliance documentation.




- Serve as the bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors, reporting directly to the Director of HR.

Must-Haves

- Multiple Implementations: Proven history of executing multiple complex HRIS/Payroll system rollouts.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced data manipulation and auditing skills across large-scale workbooks.
- Schedule & Location: Ability to work on-site in Vancouver 3 days/week, immediate availability, and willingness to work through most of the Christmas/Recent Year holiday period.

Nice-to-Haves

- Direct experience with Dayforce, ADP, or Workday.
- Background working in SOX-compliant environments.
- Diverse industry background (life sciences not required).
