Mandall Immigration Law is a rapid-growing Toronto immigration firm. We help clients navigate Canadian immigration across Express Entry, PNP, work and study permits, spousal/family sponsorship, and more. We're hiring a Case Analyst to own the accuracy and momentum of our case files from retainer to submission.
What you'll do
- Prepare and assemble application packages (forms, supporting documents, submission letters) for lawyer review
- Review client files for completeness, eligibility, and program fit across Canadian immigration streams
- Track case progress, deadlines, and outstanding items; keep files audit-ready
- Request and follow up on client documents; flag gaps or risks early
- Maintain accurate case data and status updates in our systems
- Work directly with our lawyers to move files efficiently and correctly
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in immigration case management, or similar
- Direct,
hands-on experience with both spousal/family sponsorship and Express Entry files — experience in both streams is required, not just one
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and IRCC processes
- Meticulous attention to detail and document accuracy
- Excellent written English and clear, professional client communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, high-volume environment
- Organized with case-tracking tools
Nice to have
- Immigration case management diploma (e.g., Ashton, Herzing, Queen's GDip)
- Experience in a high-volume firm
- Additional languages
