JJ Cabinet Warehouse is looking for an experienced and reliable In-House Cabinet Installer to join our team.
We are open to full-time or part-time candidates, depending on experience and availability. For the right person, part time could be approximately 3 days per week.
We’re looking for someone with kitchen cabinet installation experience who is efficient, dependable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help in different areas of the business when needed.
Responsibilities
- Install kitchen cabinets at residential and commercial job sites
- Complete site measures and site inspections
- Complete return installs, deficiencies, adjustments, and service work
- Assist other installers on job sites when needed
- Assist with cabinet assembly and warehouse duties when needed
- Identify and communicate site or installation issues
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Provide professional and respectful service when working with customers
Requirements
- Previous kitchen cabinet installation or similar finish carpentry experience
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle to get to and from work
- Own standard tools required for kitchen cabinet installation
- Comfortable reading measurements, plans, and kitchen layouts
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, efficient, and able to work independently
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed
Tools & Transportation Certain specialized or additional tools may be provided by JJ Cabinet Warehouse as needed. All company-provided tools remain the property of JJ Cabinet Warehouse and must be returned when employment ends or upon request.
A company vehicle will be used for travel to and between job sites during the workday.
Position Details
Starting Rate: $27.00/hour
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8-hour workdays
Part-Time: Approximately 3 days per week, depending on availability and business needs
Location: Winnipeg and surrounding areas
