We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insulator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials to improve energy efficiency and comfort in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure structures meet safety standards and energy codes while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties
- Measure, cut, and install various insulation materials using hand tools and caulking techniques to ensure proper fit and performance
- Use hand tools such as knives, saws, trowels, and caulking guns to complete insulation tasks efficiently
- Apply caulking around seams, joints, and gaps to prevent air leaks and enhance insulation effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct quality checks on installed insulation to verify proper coverage, alignment, and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or insulation installation is highly preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools used in insulation work and caulking techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of drywall installation is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights if necessary
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning recent skills
