Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, retail interactions, and community engagement.
- Present insurance products clearly and persuasively, highlighting benefits that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive marketing and networking strategies.
- Provide bilingual (Chinese/English) support to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-ups, and updating client records accurately.
- Negotiate terms with clients to close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese; bilingual ability is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, marketing, and sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
