Whether you are an experienced insurance broker , newly RIBO licensed, currently completing your RIBO licence, or an accomplished salesperson looking to enter the insurance industry, we would be interested in speaking with you.

This is a full-time, entrepreneurial insurance sales opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, developing referral relationships, helping clients, and building a business of their own.

Who we want to meet You may be a strong fit if you are:
- RIBO licensed , currently pursuing your RIBO licence, or prepared to complete the licensing process
- Motivated by sales, business development, networking, and relationship building
- Comfortable generating leads and prospecting for new clients
- Confident asking for referrals and developing professional relationships
- Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and goal-oriented
- Professional and committed to providing excellent client service
- Coachable and interested in continuously developing your insurance and sales knowledge
- Looking to make insurance sales a full-time, long-term career
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based Producer role with no guaranteed salary

Experienced Insurance Brokers We are particularly interested in connecting with experienced brokers and Producers who have:
- A proven history of generating new business
- An established professional or referral network
- An existing prospect pipeline
- Personal Lines or Commercial Lines experience
- Commercial insurance expertise or a particular industry niche
- Experience developing Centres of Influence
- An existing book of business or strong relationships within their community





If you are currently producing business but feel limited by market access, brokerage support, commercial capabilities, or growth opportunities , we would be happy to have a confidential conversation. Strong salesperson but new to insurance?

You do not necessarily need years of insurance experience to become a successful Producer.

RIBO licensing is required to work as an Ontario insurance broker, and we can discuss the licensing path with qualified candidates who are serious about entering the industry.

LLQP licensing, Commercial Insurance experience, multilingual capabilities, and an established professional network are considered assets.
