- Develop interior design concepts and layouts based on project requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Project Coordination
- Create 3D models and renderings for client presentations
- Collaborate with project managers and team members on project execution
- Ensure designs meet client expectations, building codes, and project timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Revit (must be able to use it independently for design and drafting)
- Strong skills in AutoCAD
- Experience with SketchUp for modeling
- Ability to produce renderings and visual presentations
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
