IntermediateQA Automation Engineer (6+ years) to ensure product quality using test automation frameworks, JMeter, Robot Framework, and AI assisted testing tools-202816 This role supports quality engineering initiatives across a Claims Management System and related enterprise applications and platforms. The position combines hands-on QA engineering, test automation, and performance testing in collaboration with Solution Architecture, Database Architecture, Development, DevOps, Common Engineering, and cross-functional product teams.

The environment includes functional, regression, integration, API, database, E2E, UI, non-functional, and performance testing initiatives. The contract supports long-term enterprise delivery through August 2027. 1 year contract to start, 8 hours/day.

Hybrid model, 3 days/week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) in Richmond. Must Haves

6–8+ years of hands‑on

QA engineering within enterprise systems environments Hands‑on automation delivery of at least

50% automation for 3+ years and familiarity with

AI assisted testing tools Hands‑on test automation frameworks development and maintenance Advanced scripting, debugging, and optimization using

JMeter or

Robot Framework Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM Nice to Have

Functional and non‑functional QA coverage within enterprise environments Collaboration with Architecture, Developers, Operations, and Database teams Cross‑functional facilitation, documentation, and triage activities Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and define test strategies,



plans, and estimates for complex initiatives Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, integration, API, database, E2E, UI, non‑functional, and performance test cases Collaborate during backlog refinement, iteration planning, and architectural reviews to shift quality left

Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot automation failures and maintain scripts using Robot Framework and JMeter Perform root cause analysis of defects and production issues and coordinate fixes with engineering teams
