Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Duties

- Supervise daily warehouse activities and online store including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to meet operational targets.
- Manage inventory levels using ERP systems such as VISUAL MANUFACTURING, ensuring accuracy and timely updates and completion and reconciliation of all cycle counts, daily, weekly, bi-weekly etc.
- Organize all Warehouse areas for efficiency and ensure all parts are tagged, bar coded and have pictures of items.
- Completes Purchase Requisition for all inventory items based on Min/Max levels
- Lead a team of warehouse staff by providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated work environment.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners, including 3PL providers and e-commerce platforms, to streamline distribution processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety protocols, and packaging standards.
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, data analysis, and communication.




- Oversee forklift operations and heavy lifting activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and documentation to facilitate smooth inventory flow and audit readiness.
- Proven supervising experience in manufacturing or warehouse distribution environments with strong leadership skills.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as VISUAL MANUFACTURING familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus for diverse teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, purchasing procedures, and customer service standards.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and familiarity with heavy lifting safety protocols.
- Adequate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods; flexibility to work in fast-paced environments.
