: Job Overview: T he Resident Manager is responsible for overseeingall aspects of janitorial services at the designated site, ensuringcompliance with contract obligations and delivering high-quality services tomeet client expectations. The role involves managing communication betweenthe company and the client, leading the cleaning staff, maintaining healthand safety standards, and managing resources to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Must beknowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors

Cleanassigned areas by sweeping,



vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor surfaces inassigned areas by use of mechanized cleaning equipment wherever required

Collectand dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis

Operatecarpet machines of various types

Handlingweekly timesheets and placing supply orders on a monthly basis

Spotclean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, doors, and window sills

Wipeand sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and doorhandles

Cleaningof washrooms, sanitizing, mopping, restocking of supplies as needed

Followpre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a secure workingenvironment

Supervise, coordinate, and plan thework of employees

Conduct monthly inspections of thefacilities (including monitoring inventory and supplies)

Ensure the proper maintenance of allcleaning equipment

Otherduties and responsibilities as required

Required Skills/Abilities

Proven experience in managing cleaning servicesin a commercial or institutional setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations andprocedures.

Ability to conduct thorough inspections andreport on performance.

Experience in inventory and budget management.

Proficiency in using relevant software fortracking and managing services.

Experience in budgeting, work loading, and costcontrols.

Commitment to maintaining best in classservice.
