Serve as an experienced Java Developer responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient applications that leverage containers, up-to-date Java frameworks, Kotlin, React, and PostgreSQL in a hybrid work model. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals, improve developer efficiency, and deliver high quality systems that positively impact customers and society.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-performance enterprise applications using Java and modern Java frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems leveraging containerized technologies.
- Develop robust backend services using Java and Kotlin while contributing to frontend development using React.
- Architect and optimize PostgreSQL database solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects,



and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, security best practices, and development processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Drive application modernization initiatives and promote cloud-native and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability and resilience.
- Champion automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and observability practices.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance developer productivity and system effectiveness.
