Role Overview

This role combines a Kinesiologist and a Kinesiologist Chiropractic Assistant position.

What You’ll Do

Kinesiology

- Provide Kinesiology services for ICBC related cases and private pay clients
- Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment programs to improve mobility and function.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques aligned with best practices in kinesiology.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs), documenting assessments, treatments, and progress notes clearly and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including chiropractor, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Manage case documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Manage ICBC submissions, invoicing and communications for Kinesiology patients.

Kinesiologist Chiropractic Assistant

- Assist with New Patient and Progress Exams
- Setup patients in Chiropractic Biophysics 3D traction under supervision
- Responsible for Spinal Stability Exercise program




- Scolibalance Exercise Instruction (Certification provided)
- Laser Therapy (Certification provided)

- Exposure to EMR/practice-management software
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Outlook for communication
- Knowledge of chiropractic or holistic health

Required Certification

- Certification as a Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK)

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
