JumpStart is looking for substitute teachers/casual part time relief staff for our junior kindergarten preschool program. Possibility of becoming a full-time position. All locations are in SW Edmonton (visit www.jumpstartlearning.ca/locations) . Must be available to work a full shift, 8:15am-3:45pm/4:15pm. Please indicate your availability Monday-Friday. This is an on-call position. Often we know coverage dates well in advance, but there are times when we require coverage the next day, or the morning of contacting you.
An Alberta
Child care certification is required and top-up wage applies (wage range with top-up: $18.64-$26.62)

Qualifications
- Fluency in English, oral and written
- Alberta Child Care certification
- Demonstrated experience working with young children in childcare or early childhood education settings
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to operate computers and classroom technology for lesson planning or documentation purposes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities smoothly and efficiently
- Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities within scheduled routines
- Leadership qualities to guide children positively while maintaining classroom discipline
- Writing skills for documenting children's progress and preparing reports as needed
