Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP is a well-established downtown Toronto law firm known for its expertise in condominium law, landlord & tenant matters, and civil litigation.

We’re looking for a Junior Liens Clerk to join our Condominium Department — someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you're interested in real estate or condo law and want to grow in a supportive team environment, this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities:

•Assist with preparing and registering condominium liens and discharges

•Draft letters, notices, and supporting documents

•Communicate with property managers and clients

•Maintain accurate file and client records

Qualifications:





•1–2 years’ experience in a legal or real estate setting (experience in liens or condominium law is an asset)

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•Excellent communication and organizational skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LEAP experience is an asset
