THE PROSPECT

We’re looking for a Junior Production Technician to join our Surrey headquarters team. You’ll work directly alongside our Production and Install teams on vinyl wrap projects ranging from precise small-scope installs to high-volume production tasks. This is a hands-on role built for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with the people around them, and wants to build a real career in the wrap industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support the production team on large-scope production tasks including material prep, organization, and output
- Assist the install team on small-scope vinyl wrap and decal installation projects
- Execute weeding and masking with precision and consistency
- Maintain a clean,



organized workspace and follow established production systems
- Communicate clearly with both the production and install teams to keep jobs moving without errors
- Uphold Wrap Guys’ quality standards on every task, every time

WHAT YOU BRING

- Hands-on experience weeding and masking vinyl, this is a firm requirement
- Experience installing vinyl wraps or decals, even at an entry level
- Sharp attention to detail, you notice what others miss and you care about getting it right
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to follow systems and procedures accurately and consistently
- A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the role
