Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness standards, and assist with basic kitchen tasks to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for both staff and guests. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences every day.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to menu specifications and dietary needs.
- Adapt meals to meet specific dietary restrictions (e.g., low sodium, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly).
- Maintain standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
- Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies ordering.
- Support morning shifts (from 6:00 am onwards)
and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of cooking and dietary aide experience.
- Speaks Tagalog and/or Spanish/English/Ukranian/Russian are preferred
- Willingness to work 6:00 am morning shifts and/or relocate if needed.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
