Positions Available

- Cook / Kitchen Staff
- Front Counter / Customer Service Staff

Cook / Kitchen Staff Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook chicken, tenders, fries, sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items according to Fricasse recipes and standards.
- Follow food preparation, cooking, portion-control, and presentation procedures.
- Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized workstation.
- Monitor food quality and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, work areas, and cooking stations.
- Follow opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality and safety.
- Follow all company recipes, SOPs, and instructions.

Front Counter / Customer Service Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately through the POS system.
- Process cash, debit, credit, and other payments.
- Prepare and organize customer pickup orders.




- Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
- Ensure orders are complete and presented properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining/pickup area.
- Assist with packaging, restocking, and other restaurant duties as needed.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods when required.

Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food-service experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures.
- Must be available to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
