D2L is in search of a dedicated Knowledge Specialist who will partner with the Knowledge and Localization Team. This role involves creating multilingual tutorials, conducting quality checks on translations, and managing publishing processes. A proactive mindset is crucial, along with fluency in a second language.
Key Responsibilities: • Create engaging multilingual how-to video tutorials • Review and ensure quality in product translations • Oversee content publishing queues for accuracy • Work with teams to address multilingual needs • Assist in developing instructional content for diverse platforms
Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program • Fluency in at least one language other than English • Excellent independent work ethic and problem-solving skills • Interest in using AI tools for content creation • Commit to weekday office hours from 9am to 5pm
