Established landscaping company seeking motivated, energetic, skilled individual for the position of Landscape Labourer (Fall/Spring/Summer)/Snow Shoveler (Winter). Long-term potential to advance to lead hand position. Valid G class license required (no exceptions). Clean driver's abstract required (no exceptions). Must have reliable transportation to job meeting site.

Experience and demonstrated proficiency in qualified landscaping/lawncare/snow removal considered a strong asset. Proficiency pulling a truck and trailer considered a strong asset.

Experience and demonstrated proficiency utilizing snow removal equipment (truck & plow, loader, tractor, skid steer etc.) considered a strong asset. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Fall/Spring/Summer work is 35+ hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Winter work is on-call, 24/7 availability (some flexibility, to be discussed) with guaranteed minimum hours/pay. Wages based on experience and proficiency, to be discussed. Position to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine lawncare and property maintenance tasks, including, but not limited to mowing (push mower and/or zero-steer mower), trimming, edging, blowing, etc.
- Assist in additional property maintenance tasks, including top-dressing, mulch, raking, other requests etc.
- Partake in snow removal operations, including, but not limited to shoveling and snow-blowing.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour
