Full-Time, Part-Time & Seasonal Positions Available

MSR Landscaping Inc. is looking to add several reliable, hardworking people to our team for the upcoming winter season and ongoing landscape/construction operations.

We are currently looking for experienced equipment operators/drivers, landscape construction crew members, and snow removal/sidewalk crew members. We are also looking for experienced individuals who are comfortable taking responsibility on site, working independently, directing other crew members when required and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.

Positions may include:

- Operating plow trucks and snow removal equipment
- Commercial parking lot plowing and salting
- Sidewalk clearing using snow blowers, Snowrators and hand tools
- Landscape construction, grading, excavation and property maintenance
- Operating trucks, trailers, loaders, skid steers and other equipment depending on experience
- Completing daily job documentation, photos and time tracking
- Communicating with the office regarding job progress, materials and site concerns
- Leading or coordinating a small crew when required

What we're lookin for:

- Valid G licence with a clean/acceptable drivers abstract for driving positions
- Previous snow removal, landscaping, construction or experience preferred
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to work independently and make reasonable decisions on site




- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- able to preform physical work, including shovelling and lifting
- Must be available for overnight/early-morning snow events, weekend and holidays when weather required
- able to reliably get to the shop/site when called in for snow events
- Experience towing trailers and operating commercial vehicles/equipment is an asset

For experienced applicants, we're especially interested in someone who can look at a job, understand what needs to happen, organize the work and get it completed properly without requiring constant direction. Experience supervising or training other employees is an asset, but previous "Foreman" title is not required. Compensation: Competitive and based on position, experience, licensing and equipment capabilities.

Winter availability: Snow positions are weather-dependent and require flexibility. Applicants must understand that snow events can occur overnight, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
