GYB Traffic Control is currently seeking experienced Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs) to join our growing team. Based in Chilliwack, we provide traffic control services throughout the Fraser Valley and are committed to safety, professionalism, and supporting our employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct traffic and maintain safe, efficient vehicle flow
- Set up and dismantle traffic control equipment and signage
- Ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and the public
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete daily documentation and reports accurately
- Read and interpret Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
- Work collaboratively while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Requirements
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certificate
- Previous experience as a Lane Closure Technician (LCT)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule
- 20–40 hours per week
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
Additional Information All new employees are subject to a 3-month probationary period.
