Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and artistry to achieve customized looks tailored to each client’s preferences
- Provide thorough consultations to understand client needs, explain procedures, and set realistic expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by sterilizing tools and sanitizing workstations before and after each appointment
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and answering inquiries professionally
- Promote retail sales of lash care products and accessories through friendly upselling techniques that enhance client results
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals
- Educate clients on proper lash maintenance and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results and client satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or a strong foundation in beauty services with certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients, understand their desires, and provide professional advice
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to recommend suitable products confidently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming, skilled environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail during lash application
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and sterilization procedures within a beauty or spa setting is highly desirable
