Rate: Open The number of hours/week is 18, six hours/day (during standard hours), three days/week, including one day/week in-office.
Must haves:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in regulatory enforcement, fraud investigations, financial services, policing, law, or a related contact-centre workplace
- Strong knowledge of regulatory/compliance processes, preferably involving fraud or securities matters
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and investigative abilities
- Ability to clearly explain complex legal and policy concepts to investors
- Experience with a regulatory agency or police service involving white-collar crime/fraud is highly desirable
Nice to Have
- Degree/diploma in Law, Policing or a related discipline
- Legal administration experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- French bilingual proficiency
- Canadian Securities Course or other securities-industry education
