As a vital member of our team, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in legal roles associated with construction and engineering. You will provide vital legal advice throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with varied contractual obligations. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be key.

Key Responsibilities: • Review and negotiate contracts in infrastructure and professional services • Advise on legal risks and support bid submissions • Assist in managing disputes and claims,

Requirements: • 3 to 6 years of experience in construction or engineering law • Licensed to practice in Ontario, Alberta, or another province • Understanding of alternative delivery models in construction projects • Experience with claims and dispute resolution processes • Solid communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
