Key Responsibilities:
• Review and draft commercial agreements aligned with business objectives • Engage internal teams to clarify contract terms and strategy • Lead contract negotiations and support risk assessment processes • Advise on daily legal inquiries across various departments • Manage external legal counsel and promote best governance practices
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in business/commercial law • Member of the Quebec Bar in good standing • Bilingual in French and English • Skilled in contract negotiation and drafting • Strong solution-oriented mindset with integrity
