Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal support on Commission-related issues • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis • Draft legal memos and opinions for review • Engage in questioning during oral hearings • Assist in developing Commission Rules and Bulletins
Requirements: • Juris Doctor degree with a minimum of four years in relevant fields • Must hold Law Society of Alberta membership • Preferred litigation experience before courts • Excellent writing and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with administrative law and utilities regulations
