Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive legal guidance on procurement and construction • Draft, review,
and negotiate essential contracts • Support project teams and internal stakeholders • Conduct research on legal requirements and policy development • Educate staff on compliance and contract management
Requirements: • Must have an Ontario law license in good standing • 3-5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law • Solid understanding of construction-related legislation • Proven ability in drafting and negotiation • Effective organizational and communication skills
