Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental team! In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care by providing thorough dental cleanings, patient education, and preventive services. Duties

- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to promote optimal oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to their individual needs.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Review medical histories and assist in diagnosing oral health issues by collaborating with the dental team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental practice management software such as Dentrix.
- Assist with patient scheduling, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Support the dental team during procedures,



including sterilization of instruments and preparation of treatment areas.

Requirements

- Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- Proven experience working in a dental office setting, preferably with pediatric and orthodontic patients.
- Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in serving diverse patient populations.
- Experience with orthodontics procedures or pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly, professional demeanor focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
